Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely. Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to amend our pricing at any time. Any changes will be communicated clearly and will not affect orders already confirmed.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery is subject to stock availability and courier performance, which are outside our direct control once dispatched.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services or circumstances beyond our control. If your order does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us promptly so we can investigate.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved and dispatched by contacting us as soon as possible. Once a prescription has been dispensed and your order has been shipped, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for prescription medications, in accordance with UK law and patient safety requirements.
If your order is declined during clinical review, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 working days.
